Marlink is an accomplished executive leader with over 20 years of business and financial management experience, delivering successful outcomes across multiple industries, including education, manufacturing, electronics, and printing. As the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at Bugarri Services Group (BSG), Marlink brings a proven track record of increasing profitability, developing financial and management systems, driving operational efficiency, and implementing process improvements while maintaining a focus on quality.

Throughout his career, Marlink has demonstrated his ability to creatively manage and grow organizations, achieving remarkable results such as 63% and 45% increases in two educational institutions' growth and a substantial 320% revenue increase at a start-up electronics manufacturer. He has a cross-functional approach, known for creating and supporting collaborative environments to engage all personnel, as evidenced by his accomplishments in employee and student satisfaction scores, among the highest in The Art Institute system. Additionally, Marlink's international experience includes collaborating on the European Strategic Plan during an assignment in Amsterdam and Poland and providing financial management for a General Electric affiliate in Singapore.

Marlink's expertise encompasses a wide range of competencies, including profit and loss management, team building, talent management, and strategic business analysis. Terry A. Marlink

Don was born and raised in the San Joaquin Valley of California, where he grew up immersed in the agricultural life on his family's 120-acre farm. The farm cultivated a variety of crops, including Pole tomatoes, citrus, tree fruit, and vegetables, providing Don with a deep-rooted understanding of farming from an early age.

Following his passion for agriculture, Don pursued higher education at Cal Poly San Luis Obispo, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Engineering. Armed with this knowledge, he returned to the family farm, taking on the responsibility of managing operations. Over the next 45 years, Don honed his expertise in producing, harvesting, and shipping crops across the United States, solidifying his reputation as a skilled and knowledgeable farmer.

In addition to his farming endeavors, Don also operated a commercial spray business for 25 years. This venture served 1,500 acres in Tulare, Kings, Kern, and Fresno counties, demonstrating his ability to manage large-scale agricultural services effectively.

Seeking new opportunities, Don eventually moved to Oregon, where he continued to apply his agricultural acumen. He managed properties for partnerships and investment funds, overseeing the cultivation of a diverse range of commodities, including blueberries, blackberries, hazelnuts, and cannabis.

Before joining BSG Universal, Don ran a successful consulting company within the agricultural industry, providing expert advice and solutions to enhance farming operations. His extensive experience and dedication to the field have made him a respected figure in the agricultural community.
